Shipping policy

18" x 24" prints ships protected and loosely rolled in a secured large kraft tube via UPS shipping method.

9" x 12" prints and/or matted prints ships protected flat in a clear archival plastic bag. Matted prints will include bubble wrap for extra protection.

Complete shipping and tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow up to 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for processing after ordering before shipping, plus shipping time (2-5 business days) based on your chosen shipping method via UPS, before final delivery. Ships from Traverse City, Michigan.

If you wish to cancel your order at this time, please contact before shipping. All orders placed on weekends will start processing the following Monday. Please also consider any major holidays and weather conditions which could affect final delivery time. Once your package has been shipped, BNI Art too, depend on the carrier to properly deliver for your package in a timely manner. Please be patient. If for some reason, your package has been lost or stolen, BNI Art will not take responsibility for these types of circumstances out of our control.
