SHIPPING POLICY
(Note: For original art and art prints only)

Original Artwork shipping and packaging to be determined based on size, weight and destination. (Note: for original artworks, BNI Art ships to USA locations only).

18" x 24" prints ships protected in a large flat craft package via UPS shipping method. Delivers within 2-3 business for US customers after shipped date. (Canada and international shipping to be determined based on size, weight and final destination. USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL are normally used. Customer is responsible for any VAT collected.)

9" x 12" prints and/or matted prints ships protected flat in a clear archival plastic bag. Matted prints will include bubble wrap for extra protection. Delivers within 2-5 business for US customers after shipped date.  (Canada and international shipping to be determined based on size, weight and final destination. USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL are normally used. Customer is responsible for any VAT collected.)

Complete shipping and tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow up to 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for processing after ordering before shipping, plus shipping time (2-5 business days for USA locations) before final delivery. Ships from Traverse City, Michigan, USA. Note: All Canada and international shipping will take longer due to customs and any additional inspections. Tracking maybe limited once arrived at your port of customs. Customer is responsible for any VAT collected.

Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase or before shipping. Please contact before shipping. All orders placed on weekends will start processing the following business day. Monday through Fridays. Please also consider any major holidays and weather conditions which could affect final delivery time. 

 

RETURN POLICY

BNI Art aspires to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. Image colors and textures may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final after shipment and delivery. Sorry, but no returns or refunds will be permitted once the product ships. Once your package has been shipped, BNI Art too, depends on the carrier to properly deliver your package in a timely manner. Please be patient. If for some reason, your package has been lost or stolen, BNI Art will not take responsibility for these types of circumstances out of our control.
