SHIPPING POLICY
The size, weight, and destination of the artwork determine Original Artwork
Shipping and packaging. Original artworks ship to USA locations only.
Limited Edition Giclée Prints
- 18" x 24" prints ship protected in a large, flat craft package via UPS.
- 9" x 12" prints, with or without a mat, ship protected and flat in a clear archival plastic bag. Matted prints also include bubble wrap for extra protection.
- Orders containing multiple prints may ship in multiple packages.
Complete shipping and tracking information will be provided by email. Please allow up to 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing before your order ships, plus shipping time (2-5 business days within the USA) before final delivery. All orders ship from Traverse City, Michigan, USA.
Canada and international shipping take longer due to customs and possible additional inspections. Tracking may be limited once your package reaches your country's customs. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Buyers outside the US are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or import fees charged by their country.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following business day (Monday-Friday).
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once an order ships, and returns and refunds are not available after shipment. BNI Art relies on carriers to deliver your package promptly, so please be patient. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, as these circumstances are outside our control.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us with a photo as proof of damage. Where applicable, we will replace damaged prints. If you have any other issues, we will gladly work with you to find a resolution.
